Overview:

​

Immensity is a marketing analytics tool for the Music Industry. Our users sign onto the platform and they get analysis every day designed to help them understand which campaigns and activities are actually helping them grow their audience, engagement, streams and sales.

 

As a web based SaaS product, there are different experiences available to users. We offer several different options to fit the needs of customers across the music industry. In the sales roles you'll be responsible for educating customers on all options and facilitating sales and signups.  

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

​

  • Be knowledgeable about the Immensity Marketing Analytics product

  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion

  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs

  • Emphasize the features of the Immensity Analytics Portal to highlight how it adds value to the customer

  • Answer questions about the product

  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

  • Work with customer success manager to manage customer relationships

  • Report to leadership on sales pipeline and sales numbers

  • Provide product feedback

Qualifications/Experience:

​

  • Demonstrated history of sales experience with ability to close deals

  • 2+ years of sales and business experience required

  • 2+ years of music industry experience strongly preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

​

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Commission 

Work Location: Remote
